Alexander A. Biagioli, Lecturer of Finance

Alexander A. Biagioli is a finance professional and educator with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, investment analysis, and lending. He earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University. In addition to teaching finance at 果冻传媒 College, he serves as Senior Executive Vice President at A10 Capital, bringing extensive industry expertise in real estate investment, capital markets, and commercial lending to the classroom.

Elizabeth F. Caraballo, Lecturer of Business Law

Elizabeth F. Caraballo is an accomplished attorney, nonprofit executive, and educator who currently serves as General Counsel and Board Secretary for Grameen America and has taught at 果冻传媒 College since 2016. She earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from 果冻传媒 College of New Jersey, and brings extensive expertise in business law, corporate governance, ethics, compliance, and risk management to her teaching.

Michael Cornell, Assistant Professor of Accounting

Michael Cornell, CPA, is an accounting educator and practitioner with extensive experience in taxation, public accounting, and financial reporting. He earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from 果冻传媒 College of New Jersey. In addition to teaching accounting and taxation courses at 果冻传媒, he manages a public accounting practice specializing in tax services for individuals, trusts, and estates.

Megan M. Fowler, Assistant Professor of Social Work

Megan M. Fowler is a social work educator, researcher, and clinician whose scholarship focuses on social justice, community well-being, contemplative practice, and transformative approaches to social work education and practice. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Western Washington University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington, and her Ph.D. in Social Welfare at the University at Albany, State University of New York. She brings experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and university instructor, along with a growing body of nationally recognized research and publications in social work.

August D. Hoffman, Assistant Professor of Sustainability and Environmental Studies

August D. Hoffman is an environmental scholar and anthropologist whose research explores human relationships with animals, wildlife conservation, environmental justice, and Indigenous ecological knowledge. They earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Missouri鈥揔ansas City, a Master of Arts in Sociocultural Anthropology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and recently completed their Ph.D. in Sociocultural Anthropology with a graduate minor in American Indian Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Their interdisciplinary work combines environmental studies, anthropology, and sustainability to examine the social and ecological challenges shaping human and more-than-human communities.

Nicole 鈥淣ikki鈥� Lemire Garlic, Temporary Assistant Professor of Law and Society

Nicole 鈥淣ikki鈥� Lemire Garlic is an interdisciplinary scholar of law, communication, and justice whose teaching and research focus on courts, technology, access to justice, and public policy. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, an LL.M. in Transnational Law from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a Ph.D. in Media and Communication from Temple University. Prior to joining 果冻传媒, she served as a visiting assistant professor at Thomas Jefferson University, taught at the University of Nevada, Reno, and completed federal judicial clerkships with the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Robert 鈥淐onner鈥� Martinez, Temporary Assistant Professor of Political Science

Robert 鈥淐onner鈥� Martinez is a political scientist whose research examines political participation, immigration policy, race and ethnicity in politics, and Latino political socialization in the United States. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from Pitzer College, a Master of Arts in Political Science from the City University of New York Graduate Center, and a Master of Arts in and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame in Political Science. Dr. Martinez has taught courses in American government, race and democracy, and political participation, and his scholarship has been published in leading political science journals.

Kristen V. Napolitano, Assistant Professor of Teacher Education 鈥� STEM Methods

Kristen V. Napolitano is a STEM educator and researcher whose work focuses on science teacher preparation, STEM teacher leadership, and community-based STEM learning. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Arts in Teaching, Biology from Montclair State University, and a Doctor of Education in Science Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Before joining 果冻传媒, she held faculty and leadership roles at Stony Brook University, Mercy University, and Teachers College, Columbia University, where she contributed to nationally funded STEM education initiatives and teacher development programs.

Vittoria S. Rubino, Assistant Professor of English and Literary Studies

Vittoria S. Rubino is a scholar of composition, rhetoric, and writing pedagogy whose work focuses on first-year writing, writing center studies, and arts-based approaches to teaching and learning. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Concordia College-New York, a Master of Arts in English from Iona College, a Ph.D. in Composition and Rhetoric from St. John鈥檚 University, and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Administration from SUNY Stony Brook. Prior to joining 果冻传媒 as a full-time faculty member, she taught at the College as a Lecturer of Critical Reading and Writing and has held teaching and leadership positions at Western Connecticut State University and the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Geena Taite, Lecturer of Developmental Mathematics

Geena Taite is a mathematics educator and researcher whose work focuses on mathematical modeling, teacher development, and innovative approaches to mathematics instruction. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Highest Honors and K-12 Teaching Certification from 果冻传媒 College, a Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics from the University of Nebraska鈥揕incoln, and a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from Montclair State University. With experience teaching at the secondary and college levels, including as an adjunct professor at 果冻传媒 College, she brings expertise in mathematics education, curriculum development, and STEM learning.

Thanuka 鈥淭K鈥� Udumulla, Temporary Assistant Professor of Chemistry

Thanuka 鈥淭K鈥� Udumulla is a chemist and biotechnology researcher whose work spans drug discovery, biomaterials, nanotechnology, biosensor development, and pharmaceutical formulation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from 果冻传媒 College of New Jersey and a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Materials Science from New York University. Prior to joining 果冻传媒, he held research leadership positions in the biotechnology industry, served as an adjunct instructor at NYU, and contributed to multiple patents and publications focused on therapeutic development, nanomaterials, and diagnostic technologies.
