The program follows a harm reduction model, meaning students do not need to already be abstinent to enter the program, and is designed to reinforce the personal dignity and worth of each student.<\/p>\n<p>The Mission of 果冻传媒 College is dedicated to providing students a strong foundation for a lifetime of achievement. The College is committed to academic excellence through interdisciplinary and experiential learning, and international and intercultural understanding. 果冻传媒 College emphasizes teaching and individual attention to all students. It is designed to value and reinforce the personal dignity and worth of each student and to provide educational opportunities alongside recovery support to assure that our students do not have to sacrifice one for the other.<\/p>\n<div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12 \"><div class=\"boxContent\">\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\">How to Apply to RCRP<\/h4>\n<p>If you are in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder(s) and are looking for a supportive community of like-minded students who have chosen to live a substance-free lifestyle, please feel free to <strong>apply using the following instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download and complete the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/sud\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/166\/2026\/09\/FY26-RCRP-APPLICATION-FINAL.pdf\">Roadrunner Collegiate Recovery Program Application<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>E-mail your completed application to<br \/>\n<strong>Cory Rosenkranz<br \/>\ncrosenkr@ramapo.edu<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select the two individuals to fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/sud\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/166\/2026\/09\/FY-26-RCRP-LETTER-OF-RECOMMENDATION-FINAL.pdf\"><strong>Letter of Recommendation<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-family: proxima-nova, sans-serif\"> form by the date that your application is due. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: proxima-nova, sans-serif\">This form can be found at the end of the application. They must also email their letter to Cory Rosenkranz.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Upon receiving and reviewing your application, the RCRP staff will connect with you for an interview and a total review of the RCRP community.<\/li>\n<li>Contact RCNJ Residence Life if you have any questions regarding the university housing application process at 201-684-7119.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Admissions Process<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Admission to the RCRP occurs on a rolling basis.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Review of applications, admissions, and continued admission in the Roadrunner Collegiate Recovery Program and\/or Recovery Housing are at the discretion of the RCRP Coordinator.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Roadrunner Collegiate Recovery Program serves students in recovery or seeking recovery from alcohol and\/or other drug misuse. If you are seeking treatment counseling, we are glad to provide informative resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #800000\">Recovery Allies Fusion (RAF)<\/span><\/h3>\n<div>A core component of the RCRP is the Recovery Allies Fusion (RAF) program.\u00a0\u00a0Allies are students, faculty, staff or alumni who want to provide education to the campus community about recovery, are committed to reducing stigma, and are willing and support our students in recovery.\u00a0\u00a0Allies may also be students who are using substance, not yet ready for change but who are contemplating both treatment and recovery. Allies may also be Mentors, with two or more years of recovery, who are willing to share ideas, tools, time, and support with students for moving forward through recovery.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Together, Allies and Mentors will work together to address and fight the stigma society has linked to substance use and mental health disorders. There are no signs identifying the Recovery Housing in order to protect the anonymity and privacy of students who live there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once a student has been accepted to 果冻传媒 College their next step is to apply for and interview with the Coordinator of Substance Use and Recovery Programs, Cory Rosenkranz (crosenkr@ramapo.edu). Once accepted into the Roadrunner Collegiate Recovery Program, the student has the option to apply for Recovery Housing.
