{"id":167,"date":"2019-10-25T14:58:24","date_gmt":"2019-10-25T18:58:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/te-test\/?page_id=167"},"modified":"2026-10-13T13:39:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-13T17:39:40","slug":"accreditation-assessment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/te\/accreditation-assessment\/","title":{"rendered":"Accreditation and Assessment"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP)<\/h3>\n<h4>Accreditation Update<\/h4>\n<p>The Teacher Education &amp; Certification Program (initial level), Masters of Arts in Special Education (advanced level), and Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership (advanced level) at 果冻传媒 College of New Jersey hosted a reaccreditation site visit by the <a href=\"https:\/\/caepnet.org\/terms\/council-for-the-accreditation-of-educator-preparation-caep\/\">Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP)<\/a> on October 7-9, 2026. In April 2027, CAEP will officially determine whether the programs will be reaccredited.<\/p>\n<h4>Current Accreditation<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-779 alignright\" style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/te\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/331\/2021\/07\/CAEP-Accredited-Shield-2017-4C-198x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"158\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/te\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/331\/2021\/07\/CAEP-Accredited-Shield-2017-4C-198x300.png 198w, https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/te\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/331\/2021\/07\/CAEP-Accredited-Shield-2017-4C.png 635w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 158px) 100vw, 158px\" \/>In May 2021, the educator preparation provider (EPP) at 果冻传媒 College of New Jersey (RCNJ) was issued full accreditation by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).<\/p>\n<p>The following programs were fully accredited by CAEP in 2021:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Teacher Education<\/strong> (initial-level)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Master of Arts in Special Education<\/strong> (MASE; advanced-level)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Master of Arts in Educational Leadership <\/strong>(MAEL; advanced-level)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our current accreditation is effective Spring 2021 through Spring 2027.<\/p>\n<p>All five initial-level standards and all five advanced-level standards were met in the 2021 accreditation.
